Returns & Exchanges

Select merchandise purchased from Elevati Design may be returned for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery if accompanied by original receipt and in original condition and in original packaging.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are final sale and non-returnable.

Returns must be pre-authorized by calling 404-948-6777. Returns received and not pre-authorized will be subject to 20% restocking fee. Non-stock items, special orders, lighting and polycarbonate items are not returnable. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace. Returns should be properly packed and sent at the customer's expense, to: 275 Buckhead Ave NE, Atlanta, Ga. Actual cost of shipping item to you will not be credited or refunded. Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited. Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 24 hours of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims received after 24 hours of delivery usually cannot be processed.

Damages Policy

If your item arrives damaged please email us at contact@elevati.design. If the shipping carton is visibly damaged from the outside, we ask that you refuse delivery with the shipping provider, and contact Elevati customer service (via email) within 24 hours of delivery. If the damage is discovered upon opening the package, please contact us immediately and we will followup with further instructions. In certain instances, we may ask you to complete a damage claim form in order to more effectively process the refund or exchange.

We suggest you always be present for delivery. We are not liable for any damages should you waive a signature requirement with the shipping carrier.
