Design /Retail Design / Retail

Our Design Consultant is required to proactively seek and build relationships with clientele, architects, interior designers, developers, and realtors as well as handle existing clients and those that come into the showroom physically or via our website. 

Elevati Designs is looking for a motivated seller and designer with proven luxury sales experience and a passion for and knowledge of design and architecture.  

The ideal candidate will have retail sales experience, ideally in the high-end luxury furniture market and/or interior design industry. They will serve as a brand ambassador, have excellent communication skills, and can passionately present our growing list of 20+ brands.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Expand the customer's connection to the brand by increasing email sign-up in store
  • Achieving annual sales goals
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of all brand partners.
  • Prospecting new customers and maintain client relationships
  • Perform in-home visits as necessary to assess and fulfill customer needs
  • Hours for this position will include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

  • An active listener,  who has a drive for success and desire to learn  
  • Previous retail sales experience in a high-end or luxury retail store. Home furnishings experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of interior design
  • Initiative to build a strong client base. Previous experience with clienteling and maintaining client relationships required.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Superb organizational skills with attention to detail & outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Provide excellent communication to clients, sales team and management
  • A desire to work as part of a team
  • Friendly, assertive, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and have a positive outlook

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented, tech-savvy, professional social media / email marketer and Shopify expert to join a growing luxury furniture retailer and own its marketing strategy. In the heart of Buckhead we are the go-to showroom for contemporary and modern furnishings.   We require an experienced social media marketer with an understanding of the industry, to lead and effectively deliver our message and drive growth.

 

Reporting directly to the owner, you will own the end-to-end process, from planning to delivery of a market-leading social media experience, ultimately implementing a high performing data-driven strategy to drive awareness and support the pipeline. You will be required to take ownership of the creation, coordination, deployment and optimization of the social media / email strategy and work closely with the rest of the team to continually optimize performance.

 Responsibilities

  • Develop, deploy and coordinate a scalable social media growth strategy.
  • Manage organic and paid social media ads across all channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.
  • The ability to develop compelling and concise messaging that adheres to our brand voice.
  • Develop an audience focused social media strategy across our key audience segments and execute our go-to-market strategy and clearly communicate our value proposition.
  • Develop email templates and execute on email marketing campaigns 
  • Develop our voice and develop a clear strategy for milestones and KPIs.
  • Align the social media strategy and programs to ensure that all tactics and activity feed into overarching strategy.
  • Manage outside data entry teams, Graphic Designers and freelancers for creative campaigns to maximize the use of assets and deliver programs that have genuine impact.
  • Report on all social media marketing activity and performance against clear performance metrics.
  • Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
  • Managing, monitoring and overseeing the timely upload of new products and product updates to the website. Establish complete testing scenarios for product/cart combinations.
  • Work directly with the showroom to ensure experience accuracy and timely shipping and delivery of online orders.
  • Provide daily Quality Assurance to help identify bugs and/or performance issues such as shipping calculations, offer applications, ‘scam’ customers
  • Monitor the e-commerce systems to ensure all product/data feeds and mapping rules are functioning properly including customer communications
  • Monitor/update front-end website data and back-end customer interactions/orders
  • Manage app integrations for referrals, reviews and e-commerce community network ensuring connection and accuracy of experience

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Social media coordinator
  • Excellent organizational, planning, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
  • Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
  • Multitasking and analytical skills
  • Experience with Hubspot and Shopify E-Commerce
  • Highly Organized
